Covid 19: If you win a holiday prize or a ticketed event / activity prize, there may be a delay in when we can book your prize and availability of dates may be limited. We currently give winners 24 months from the date that they are notified that they have won to book and use their prize but, this period can be extended if a prize provider is unable, due to government guidelines on Covid-19 or law, to accommodate the prize within this period (i.e. for example, if it becomes unlawful to travel to the location of the prize during this period). Alternatively, if we cannot delay your prize, then we may offer you an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Winners and guests attending holiday prizes, or a ticketed event / activity prize will be required to comply with the prize provider’s social distancing guidelines. The Promoter cannot be responsible in the event that a prize winner elects to delay or cancel the booking of their prize, once booking has been confirmed.
